Looks like Blac Chyna hit Tyga with some legal papers seeking child support for their son King Ciaro. According to the Blast, documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and the model asked that she be awarded joint custody of their kid.
Also she filed a petition to receive child support from her ex-fiancé. “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.” Blac Chyna has been very open about her life as a parent. As we previously reported, back in March of 2022. Chyna revealed that she had to give up multiple cars because had no support from Tyga or Rob Kardashian.

In 2020, Chyna said her “biggest flex” was not receiving support. “My biggest flex. I mean, just honestly taking care of my kids by myself as a single parent, but no child support,” she said. “So that’s my biggest flex. … That’s what’s up.” Tyga brushed off those allegations and commented on The Shade Room saying, “I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me mon- sat. Why would I pay child support lol.”
Rob also weighed in on the topic and said, “I pay 37k a year for my daughter’s school. handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would i pay child support lol.”
In more recent news Chyna actually gave an update on her co-parenting status with Tyga and Rob. On Wednesday (August 16), Chyna told Entertainment Tonight, “Time heals everything, people change and situations change. As long as my kids are good and happy on both sides, that’s all I care about as a parent.”
Blac Chyna added that she doesn’t “worry” when her daughter and son are with their fathers, Rob Kardashian and Tyga, respectively. The 35-year-old explained, “I’m like, ‘Nah, my kids are good. They’re pretty smart.’ My kids are really smart, and they have common sense. They’re, like, the sweetest people … so they’re gonna be good, just them in general.“ Chyna also again addressed the old Khloe comments and said, “They’re so close, you know? Rob and Khloe. So of course, Dream’s gonna be like [that] with [Khloé’s daughter], True.”
